What we collect
When you book a hunt or claim a listing, we collect the information you give us — name, email, phone, and the booking details. When you visit the site, we collect standard request logs (IP address, user agent, pages viewed) for analytics and abuse prevention. We use a small set of cookies for authentication and session management.
How we use it
Booking information is shared with the outfitter you booked with — they need it to deliver the hunt. We use email addresses to send booking confirmations, waiver reminders, and (with permission) outreach to outfitters about claiming their listing. We never sell your data.
Service providers
We use Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and Cloudflare (CDN and image storage). Each handles your data only as needed to provide their service. Stripe holds payment details directly — Search Huntr never sees your card number.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom. You can request a copy of your data, deletion of your account, or correction of any information by emailing hello@searchhuntr.com.
Children
Search Huntr is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
